Black Bear Cub, Cinnamon Phase – and Happy Labor Day!

Black bear (Ursus americanus) cub, cinnamon phase, on a tree

Hey there, everyone – long time no hear, I know…

Apologies to all for the long dry spell, which has been due to work being absolutely crazy intense over the past couple of months. Just so you know, activity is going to be fairly slow for a while longer here as I am not out of the woods yet. Apologies also for not being able to participate in your wonderful blogs: I just can’t keep up right now. Bear with me, if you will.

I thought I would just quickly say hi as well as a very late Happy Labor Day to all in the U.S.

The image above is of a Black bear cub (Ursus americanus) in its cinnamon phase (which gives its fur a light brown color) perched up high on a tree.

If you would like to see more images of mine, feel free to browse my Galleries.

Now I don’t feel so guilty; I thought it was because I was somehow missing your posts.

I, too, slowed down over the summer. It was so nice, I intend to stay slower.

I don’t think blogging should be an obligation; it should be fun.

Hello, Stefano. No need to apologize to me. I, too, am spending far less time in WP lately. Sometimes blogging must take a back seat to Life. Still, glad you’re still here and look forward to seeing more of your wildlife portraits and learning more about wine. I can wait, though. 🙂

Hi dear Stefano, nice to read from you again. Superb shot of the cute bear! No need to apologize though, blogging can be easily be put back, but we sincerely hope you are in for easier times workwise soon.
Returning from Scotland and 4 great weeks without blogging at all has changed at lot for us too. It’s vital to charge our own batteries and not all the electronic gadgets.
Big hugs and lots of love to Francesca, HRH and cute Sofia. Take care!
